Submitting this form does NOT guarantee the availability of your tour date. A representative will contact with you by e-mail or phone no later than the next business day to confirm your reservation. A $110.00 deposit is required at the time your reservation is finalized. Full payment is due 72 hours (3 days) prior to your tour date.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made up to one week (7 days) prior to the tour date will receive a full refund. Any cancellations made prior to 72 hours (3 days) of the tour date will get a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of the tour date will forfeit their entire deposit of $110.00. If full payment is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your tour and retain your deposit of $110.00. Additionally, deposits will be held for 24-48 hours (2 days) after completion of the tour, in which time Augusta Wine Tour reserves the right to allocate these funds for overage charges (time spent over agreed upon time) or excessive cleaning needed (beyond normal wear).
